Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Digital Media (Audio, Pictures, and Video)

Consent must be obtained from any individual prior to the collection, use, disclosure, or personal information. The purpose for which information is being collected, used, or disclosed will be made clear to the individual at the time of collection, when their consent is obtained. It is important to be aware, The Football Academy will be using all media in a professional manner related to the following:

• Photographs, video, and audio of athletes, coaches, volunteers, and staff;
• Name of athletes, coaches, and volunteers participating;
• Name of athletes, coaches and volunteers who have received an award or prize;
• The results of a competition and athletic achievements.

We critically this about what is being posted on web sites, social media, and newsletters, but also make others in our organization aware of the importance of obtaining consent. With careful planning and forethought, we will obtain consent to use pictures and images granting TFA, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos of participants, or in which participants may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Please be advised that all content produced by The Football Academy will be only used by its creators. All participants participating in TFA programs will be required to sign a sport marketing form.
